CSG series pre-crystallization dehumidification dryer is composed of various models of STG series drying barrels and various models of DAG series drying hosts.   • Drying barrel structure

    STG series adopts double-layer insulation barrel with built-in aluminum silicate cotton. The inner layer is made of stainless steel, and the outer layer can be made of stainless steel or orange aluminum plate according to customer needs. The internal structure, height and diameter ratio of the barrel have been tested for many times, reasonably designed to avoid dead angle of material flow, and the mixing blades adopt special blade-like paddles to effectively reduce resistance and dust。

  • Large view cleaning window

  • Sampling port

    Manual butterfly valve control, sampling and testing of materials during the drying process, convenient and fast.

  • Outlet

  • All stainless steel pipe connection
